Our fee is typically around 20 - 30% of the candidate’s first-year salary, and you only pay after you’ve successfully made a hire. There's no risk or upfront commitment, so you can focus on finding the right person without pressure.

All payments are invoiced through our US-based company, making the process smooth, compliant, and familiar for US clients. To ensure peace of mind, we include a 90-day replacement guarantee - if the hire isn’t a good fit, we’ll find a replacement at no additional cost. We’re here to support long-term success, not just fill seats.

Monthly pricing for fully managed talent

With our fully managed model, you pay a simple monthly fee that covers everything - employment, payroll, compliance, and admin. We act as the legal employer, so you don’t need to set up a local entity or worry about legal and tax obligations. You get one clean invoice each month from our US-based company, while we handle the rest behind the scenes.
