For direct hire, our fee is typically 20–30% of the first year’s salary. For managed talent, contact us for a personalized offer based on role, location, and engagement type.
Do we pay you if we don’t hire anyone?
No - you only pay if you hire. There are no upfront fees for our direct hire service. For managed talent, we’ll discuss pricing once you’re ready to move forward.
How long does it take to find a candidate?
We typically present qualified candidates within 3 weeks, often sooner, depending on the role and requirements.
Can we hire full-time or part-time?
For direct hire, we only place full-time roles. For managed talent, we offer both full-time and part-time options based on your needs.
Do you handle benefits, taxes, and local compliance?
Yes - for managed talent, we take care of everything: benefits, taxes, contracts, and local compliance.
What happens if a hire doesn’t work out?
For direct hire, we offer a 90-day free replacement guarantee. For managed talent, you get unlimited replacements at no extra cost.
